Privacy policy

Draft — pending legal review before launch.

Dialy is a daily word game from the team behind Tritium. This policy explains what we collect and why.

When you verify your email you become a verified player. We store your email, first name (optional), and your game history (guesses, results, dates).

If you tick the Tritium marketing checkbox, we also store that you opted in, when, the wording you agreed to, and the country of your IP address at that time. Playing never requires opting in.

We use your email to run Dialy and, if you opted in, to tell you when Tritium launches. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Data is stored in the EU. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can delete all of your data from the Delete my data page.

Verification codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes.
